bp oil spill
Has any body out there who has been steadily sitting on the beach becouse of this spill been able to benefit from their claims office....Just curious

There sure has. I know some guys that lost out on jobs that were cancelled due to the spill. They got payed. Personally I'm collecting all my pay stubs from last year at this time. When they get it stopped, I'll make my claim for wh*** bundle. I'm sure they'll reject it, then I'll take my claim to a lawyer. I've been told by many diving ops guy's that things are pretty much shut down due to this.
