sea chest
sea chests methods needed for the following type. 3 of the 4 chests are vertical on the keel its self and they are also hinged at the top. ideas please to keep to open them and keep them open we have no current etc to worry about as its alongside. thanks in advance.

Hey Steve, Well if I understand this correctly just plain old fashion rigging up to something topside on the ship could do the trick. Or a air float bag attached to the sea chest grading to keep it open. How much do the grading's weigh and how big in size are they? Call me if you need more info. Thanks
