Looking for any information you may have on any model of burning torch that either burned up or blew up while in use?

Type, location, depth as much info as you can give.

Divex Exxon Grand Isle field mid seventies , 50' burning conductors I replaced Kieth Clay when a divex torch blew up in his hand

Thanks Mike, If I remember the right the Divex was an exact copy of the Broco?
