Where I lived for college in TX, and its not bad if your never there. Just dont attract attention to yourself or what you have. Use it like barracks til you can live well, and even then its glorified storage isnt it? Would say be sure its a house but only if there is lawn service etc. (Then again Im a girl that has never used a mower so Im a bit biased too.) Good luck

Cant blame a girl for trying LOL Was worse when I was searching for my weapon that wasnt on leave with me... and the first day on leave I rolled out of bed and put on DCUs out of ingrained habit, then remembered where I was and how well I slept for the first time in months!!!!!
