What's up people.  I went to LTC in 08-09 I seem to remember my instructor saying something about a 10% retention rate in our industry. Let's test that out. If you went to LTC anytime sound off let the world know when and whether you are still in the industry. Also we'd be interested in knowing whether you love or hate our industry.

After much debate with my European Counterparts its finally been settled.  IMCA issues a Dive Medic certification.  However this is not comparable to U.S. Diver Medical Technician Training. A U.S. trained D.M.T. Has more stringent training and testing requirements. A D.M.T. by american standards must first be a trained EMT and then seek additional training  to become a DMT.  IMCA dive medic can be obtained in a week and it does not include the same level of training as American DMT's.  Real…See More
