Hey Bill, thank-you so much.
Thats some good advice, and I will look into it. I did almost a full year working for the Project Managers of the new Hilton hotel in Niagara Falls which is currently the tallest building in the Falls. Its not marine related, but large construction projects are at least in my lines of work.
Again Bill, I appreciate the advice very much so. Here's to keeping our eyes forward. -Chris

How are prospects with Welland Canal Authority, , Nadro Marine, Ontario Const. Co., Seaway Marine, Galcon Marine, etc.? Hunt down your local pile drivers union and work the spare board. Try and work in a marine related trade as that will carry weight in your cv. You can keep trying big diving companies but right now they have their pick of experienced hands due to the slow economy worldwide. In the mean time do your best and hang on to your cash. Wish I had better news for you but thats that. I just retired afte 30+ yrs offshore and believe me things are tight for old hands too. Keep your pecker up-bill
