The gas manifold tubing around the faceplate allowed for the helmet to be stored as in the picture, faceplate down. This photo allows us to see the locking mechanism and velcro band on the fiberglass rear piece of the helmet, as well as the skull cap and oral-nasal on the inside of the helmet. This photo gives us a better view of the gas umbilical connection, the exhaust port, the comm entry (red) and the regulator assembly adjustment knob. Truly a very nice piece of commercial diving history.
