Bibby is closed shop for the time being, not hiring anyone, get in touch with Sea-Force with the upcoming work offshore  Newfoundland with Technip. I am out of the loop concerning air work.

Hi, further to your inquiry-check Canadian Association of Diving Contractors, Holland Colleges placement officer, union member co.s, google etc. My experience has been mostly out of Canada. Don't forget those int'l co.s with offices in Canada like Technip, All Seas, etc good luck.
