    Hi, if you're looking to work overseas at some point -DIT has the best certs offered. DCBC is recognized by HSE (UK-up til now the gold standard) and IMCA (becoming international standard) there is no one body that is guaranteed in acceptance worldwide, completely. but the afore mentioned are as good as it gets in reciciprocal acceptance. DIT and the Ocean Corporation are as good as it gets in USA.
