Hi ,I am from Bulgaria....I think you should finish first a recognised Diving School....nobody will recognise your military course in Romania...and then you need a lot of luck! actually you need connections in some diving company to get a work!

Good I hope it works out soon....be careful with a company called Seaswift in UAE....I am working for the moment in Greece for a company which found me trough this Seaswift...they promised one thing and the reality is different....
