Willie several of those names are known. Last night Retired Master diver Sam Sangrey and his family came over for dinner as they are vacationing from Calif. Bob Cave is recovering from cancer, he and Sam Sangrey were my masters at Dev Group Gunner had just left. Small world. Great connecting with you pal.
Greetings Willy: I went to DIT, 108-77. I remember you well. Learned a lot from you that was helpful during my diving time. Moved on to other things. Hope all is well. You must be at least 50 by now. lol
Mr Wilson, just wanted to check in with you and confirm after all these years the gulf sucked. Started a harvesting / in water boat maint. company and started with 1 boat. Got another boat and did a ok,. Made enough off the sale to retire after a some years. Bought up 2 other small companies. The sale of it all has me doing ok for the rest of my life. I am glad to have been your student in 106/83 and even though you, Doc and Francis gave me a hard time, I had fun doing the same to you. I never apologized to you or them for going off that day when a student cut my air off and I climbed up and tossed broco rods at him, or for switching hats underwater with Nahmens, or for booby trapping Docs car with pop bangs, or putting his car sideways in the parking space. or the salmon in the desk drawer.Cant remember if had anything to do with a car being put on a barge, but heah, Im old now, and want to thank you for some of the best knowledge I ever got about diving. Hope you and Doc and Francis are all still kicking it. Retired and in the Philippines, meeting the girls a certain instructor gave dive helmet necklaces to, man are they old and ugly. Thanks again for sharing your knowledge. It kept me safe and employed. In fact, still getting calls to return as a sat tech but HELL NO. The $$$ goes a long way here. Respectfully, a bubblehead who wouldnt of made a life without you.
