Hi! The industry here is getting kind of saturated. There are colleges forming lots of divers and sometimes they're not really prepared. There are many divers unemployed. At the moment I'm working as a freelancer, but it's harder for women to get contracts offshore because of the installations, that kind of stuff. I have friends (men) who have been working for a while, and some of them complain about their sallaries a lot. Some companies pay better than others, and if the diver has qualifications (in inspection, non-destructive test, welding...) can have much more opportunities and can get to have a good position at a company. How abot you, how's working there??

Hey, Salar! When you say $60, is that in dollars? And are those freelance jobs or are you hired by the company? I saw your pictures, the last one is great! Bye!

Hi Salar! I was talking to a friend, who's a diver too,and it's really a good salary, and it's quite similar to what the best companies pay here. So, good wishes for you, good luck in Germany, and dive safe!! Bye!!
