    worked union and not, long term offshore-retired. hows it going for you?

    Hi Ruben, If you have the time and money the surface supply cert would be not only handy but practical. It would permit you to take on local bridge and pier work, inspection, and an entree into union work if you so chose. Right now the infrastructure maint. & repair, expansion etc. is at a low ebb because of the economy, but if diving is what you want to do-hang in there, the longer you have a paycheque comming in -the longer you can salt away some money for future certs/upgrades the better.- bill
