Hi guys, I've been trying for over a year now to break into the off-shore industry with no luck, does anyone know of any good employment agencies world wide that a person can contact without getting scammed, and what should I look out for?

There are no employment agencies for offshore work. Just concentrate on finding the companies that work offshore, and send em your crv. Mostly companies based in La. and Texas will be the ones to contact...Good luck.
