PADI Network for divers

Hi divers!

I just finished my last week of scuba and cannot wait for the first week of November to go on another one.

Since I wanted to meet up with other divers I looked around the web for divers' networks and stumbled upon this PADI network. It's on a travel site, and it seems like you can get in touch with local divers around the world and go for excursions together. Has anybody ever heard of it before?
