I need recommendations on a low cost prop bag to install 32" and bigger props.  Please state the type of bag and the manufacturer and website please. I assume a bag that can handle 350 lbs is sufficient.

I recently performed two prop jobs that were on bigger props 32" and 38" without a bag and it was not easy getting them back on shafts.

Thanks

Sean

Good luck getting bag that will have clearance under the hull. Lashing the wheel with 2 lines and having someone topside haul in will bring it RIGHT back to where it needs to be.

Ok Thanks Ace

Hope you are well!

Very well thank you

Thank you Otter.  I figured that would be a problem.  Last job had very clearance between rudders and shafts.

Carter prop bags.  They work great as long as you get the rigging right, and have good topside support.

Thanks for the reply Billy.  I try to limit the labor help to maximize profit on each job.  Each job is done with 2 people or myself.
