you think just because osha says so? idiot. i know a diver that almost drowned in 15' working on a barge at the dock. hose got pinched and had to ditch his hat. barely made it up in time.

not to mention the tender sucks in this video

OSHA 1910.425(c)(6) mandates a diver must carried reserve breathing gas supply except, in shallow water where physical space does not permit. Also the diver must be able to ascend directly to the surface at all times to an overhead Float Stage.
