well being a student i have no clue as to the validity of whether or not this is used in the industry, however it was explained to me by my instructor at the time that is a CONFIDENCE BUILDING drill only. Either way i thought it was fun and relativly easy. I am sure i didnt look near as graceful as the divers in the video but whatever.

LOL, This should be another example why Divers should shy away from cameras.....Nobody wins when a network edits for profit. This Choad is marked for his diving career.

Oh yippie! I are now a diver! Shame about the job situation. Maybe should have become a weather planner, and prayed for hurricanes. (for $17K, that instructor had better be the one hooking up my hose!) I'm not impressed.
