Hello Sanju,
I graduated NYD school last November it was good teaching high safety during training, for me i see they have to train us on more devices and not waste more than 2 weeks on open bell and closed bell i think the most divers after they finish the school they working here in Norway in fish farm or pipe lines, in NYD school is realy professional instructor called Martin he is from New Zealand he working at the school since long time, he finished commercial diving school in New Zealand or Australia i am not sure Norwegian is very stricters about safety so its mean if they gave him the job i think its same stander and safety.
