What do you like to do with your down time / onshore time?

I like to work at all the time, I've been working in Singapore since 2007 up to till now as Electronics & Electrical ROV/Dive Tech under Offshore Supply base total service company (Advanced Marine Pte Ltd) Singapore. I did learned a lot more about ROVs and Diving equipments. Operation, servicing, Fault finding, Troubleshooting. I did learned from real time experiences ROV system works, Operation and Control Technique, Thrusters Motors, Power supplies circuits, Control circuit, Communications circuits, Noises & Interferences filter circuit, Ethernet & Fiber Optics communications circuit (Rs 232,422,485),(Fiber Optics Cable Terminations Single mode, Multi mode..etc), Joystick and controllers, Hydraulic and Electric control Manipulators(2 ways, 5 ways Hydroleak), Sonars,Tracking Positioning(Track Link), Tritech's USBL, OceanTools MiniFOG, Video Overlay, ONLINE Equipments Pipe Tracking, Pinger & Receiver, MarineSonic Dual Frequency Sonar, SeaBase Scanning, SoundMetrics Didson Multibean sonar, system communication, Operation, Maintenance (Software & Hardware)...etc. Those back ground experiences and knowledge will be useful to those ROV operations/services Companies who require right person for right place.
