I graduated from the Ocean Corp in 1974. I have been in touch with them over the last few years and they run a summer program (August) called CAMP CDE where you can spend a weekend getting to dive the gear, make a gas dive, do a chamber run, cut and weld, do a flange project and dive any of the gear. You may want to look into it. I believe they have videos on UTube.
