email me at mdugas@spartansubc.com. I don't believe I can add larger files and attachments in case I find it.

Use the "3 rule" method. 1.Job Scope 2. Location (resupply issues) 3. Who's my Divers? Old salty beligirent diver = 1 hammer wrench and one box 'o broco's.....The Green fancy and shiny, servicable equipment, overpacked, clean shaven, top of the line wetsuit wearin new guy = 4 hammer wrenches, 2 hammers, a survey crew with a mezotech so he can find the platform, extra O2, extra HeO2, extra nitrox for deco because he doesn't know how to breath and copious amounts of extra project hardware (bolts, nuts, o-rings....) and 3 more extra sets on the dock ready to be sent out. So just start with a standard package list then check who you will have diving the project and add the extra consumables and gloves and bottom boots he will loose or blow off. It's just a simple math problem that you just plug numbers into. I did a couple of consulting and project managment jobs for a couple of Mobile Heavy Teams and see if I still have the "approved" government supply request sheet. I made it with the most common job scopes with the needed equipment to make it happen. I believe I still have it....maybe
