mate its really tuff out here at the moment. there are experienced guys looks for work. the drop in oil price killed the rush we have had for the last 5 years. I would get stuck into some good civils construction, for the time being. it looks like it may pick up towards the end of the year. Even the big middle east operators are quiet mate, i am on a surface mixed gas job now and its full of experienced Sat divers like me who should be in sat, but the work is not around.

sorry to sound all doom amd gloom mate but its something the dive schools will never tell you.

you absolute best bet is CCC in the middle east and try a few of the others - even the small operators like Aqua Diving services. and just keep on them mate, its the only way, oh and your DMT would help.
