Neither, Helmet has eyes on each side of helmet(pivot point) that the speergun rubber goes through. As helmet is neutrally bouyant, only light tention is used to stablize helmet position. As I previously offered, I have helmet mold(and some parts) available if someone wants to make one.

Does your helmet slide on a cable to raise and lower your head or does the jocking strap slide?
