I know it's not a handgun, but I like the FAMAS G1 or G3. Handgun stylee, I do like the range of new Sig-Sauers, or the Mini Glocks that some of the Brit Old Bill tote around, just before they get pensioned off(for various reasons) and buy a Guest House or a pub on their old Manor!
