AT&T – Warning do you have AT&T offshore if so you need to call and complain, they just started charging 75cents a minute and 50cents a text offshore. They say the company that owns the towers sold them to a new company is charging the high offshore rates and they are just passing on the new charges. If you us data email or tethering your cell phone for internet on your laptop get this $20 per 1MG transfer….. its international but they don’t offer an international rate for the gulf…. Its B.S – Any recommendations on other cell carriers in the gulf??????
