The Board of Directors and members of the Divers Association are proud to announce that the US Coast Guard has accepted our offer of membership to a non-voting position on the Executive Advisory Committee.

The USCG representation is from U.S. Coast Guard District Eight, Prevention Division in New Orleans and the U.S. Coast Guard, National Center of Expertise for Outer Continental Shelf Inspections in Morgan City. Welcome Aboard!!

We now closing on 600 members in more then 30 countries. You can join, be a member and still be "Anonymous to the public" All the public or other members will see your sign-in name!

We do understand that there are dive companies and customers that will hold being a member against you! We WILL”NOT” DEVOLUDGE our Member List. You cannot see any member’s identity unless they choose to be a public member!

The mandate of the divers association is:

The Divers Association is a Non-profit International Organization formed for the sole purpose of promoting commercial diving safety through regulation and education.

It is not Anti, or Pro any Diving Contractor Association, Client Association or Union. It will not involve itself in pay or employment issues.

The sole purpose of The Divers Association is to work closely with Regulatory Bodies and groups involved in defining and implementing standards of Diver Safety, and in educating Customers who contract diving services. It will offer a means for input from independent working divers and supervisors who are currently involved in diving operations.


The Divers Association will cooperate with all groups that have the goal of improving diver safety.
