Spain has there own tickets as do Portugal if you are going there you will have to get your tickets changed over.

They have some offshore once in a while & except IMCA.
Worked in Portugal and needed to convert to Portuguese tickets even to go offshore.
Spain & Portugal accept each others tickets.
This above info is correct up to a few years ago & as they protect there domestic market and the rate of change is at a snails pace, I can't see it changing.
