SL17b has never been in the water and is in new condition...not even a scratch. Included is owners manual and a Armor helmet bag (also in brand new condition). Inspection tag/sticker shows Sept 2014. I purchased this hat for nostalgic reasons (a small collection of helmets I used as a diver), but am selling my helmets to raise college money for grandchild.
