Aparently You can get them in perth from the maritime school there or Freo ? Or on the east coast try tassie .Some guys on my last job had them and got into Qatar and Saudi . Sorry I cant be more specific , call all the maritime schools and they can point You in the right direction

Hi Marc,

I've heard you can use a record of service log. You should be able to get one of these from the state body that handles recreational boat licences etc.

I know of one guy who was told that it was good enough.
