Offshore Subsea Works Late Wages

Just posting a note on Offshore Subsea Works

 

Late Payment of wages

 

Still not being paid for March

 

 

Contract states payment by 15th of the Month after work Done the previuos Month.

 

 

Contacted the Office after several e-mails they replied saying they have collection issue's.

 

all though they said they hope to pay later this week.

3 weeks late now wages from this Malaysian outfit.

 

and no mails from the office to say when they will pay either and no real contact from payroll or management.

Well yes it will be 4 weeks Thursday.

Ok Been paid 35 days late.

The wages the company admitts problems with cash turnover from clients so be carefull if you go to work as it might be late and you might not get it one day if the problems get out of hand.
