Any of you guys used this as a uw welding / broco starting rig we have obtained one on site and are considering using it as our main broco /welding power source to save having to tow a generator welder whenever we need it (our dive conainer is powered by a 3 phase genny) iv heard there are some potential safety concerns about using an inverter system can anyone elaborate or let me know where i can get some more info we will be using the rig for inshore construction projects to a max of 20m depth with about an absoloute max of 100m leads (more likely 50m)

The inverter issues are when you are useing a unit that has AC/DC setting and the inverter switching to AC. The Brocco starting rig does not have that issue`.
