My name is Shawn Keyes. I am a commercial diver / graduate from CDA. I have worked hard as an inland / freelance diver for 3 years and I own my own small dive business cleaning / maintaining small yachts. I attended Dr. Sexton's CHT course last December and my life has quickly taken a new direction. After taking his hyperbaric team member course, I stayed at his facility (Hyperbaric Centers of Florida) to complete my internship required for CHT certification. I am happy to report I passed my national board exam less than 2 weeks ago. I had multiple job opportunities available to me before my internship was complete. I am working with a major healthcare provider as a CHT and making very good money for not having a medical background. Last week I attended a Hyperbaric Safety Director and a Acrylic Inspector course through Caribbean Hyperbarics (Sexton's business) at Teckna Mfg. and I have already signed up for my DMT certification in May. Dr. Sexton is legit and KNOWS what he is talking about. I was on the fence about making this transition and he made it fun and exciting. Hyperbarics is poised to make alot of new advances in the near future and Sexton will be a vocal leader in this field. How many people do you know who actually care about your future? (who aren't full of s***) We all know there aren't any old men doing U/W work, I assure you I will be doing this for many years to come.

Nice plug

Good Luck on your career choice lil bro but just to get your record straight there are alot of us "OLD MEN" still doing U/W work and will be when this "New Craze" you've fallen for is packed tighter than a DPV in a side wind. Hyperbarics ie LST DMT has been "Around" longer than I have...... Id rather get wet and be old than young on deck looking old...... Dont forget to pack some comics sonny, it gets boring staring at guages all day, been there done that (as a tender)!
