Mayo, you can find a list of HSE-approved doctors for dive physicals online.  There has evidently been some sort of clamp-down and finding them outside of the UK is rare, if at all.  Some companies/ schools won't accept the physical if it wasn't actually performed in the UK-- YMMV.
