Gooooooooooooooooooo Saints! And happy thanksgiving to all. I am smoking one turkey and the injection will be Basil tangerine and teriyaki mixed with a little olive oil.

This will be my first time at deep frying a turkey...should be interesting. Doing a back up the old way. Go Saints! Hey Marty, come on over! Birds should be ready about 1500.
