Experience vs green rookie!
Blah I dont think companies are looking for qualified divers anymore, Two rookies just got hired into companies I've been prospecting for over a month, Funny thing was I gave them the numbers and contacts to call to get rostered..LOL

That was real nice of you to help out those apprentice tenders like that wonder if they would return the favor or like so many these days think they are entitled to any breaks they are given because they went to hose tending school ?

If divers stood up against the adc's money machine, the field would be proserous again, but as bad as most divers CLAIM to be and as LONE Wolf as most act, their balls are the size if molecular grape seeds! We have abided by the USCG rules for over 200 years, why do we need some group who throws partys and trade shows that we arent even entitled to attend, speaking for us - 1 to keep a union of divers from organizing
2. to mold tenders into drones,
3. TO prevent divers from getting ahead while its members buy vacation homes in other countries.
4 theres more, but its all been said before.

Ive talked to the kids they hired, and no, my wages are usually between 25 & 35 depending.

Absolutely right Dale there are so many half-assed managed companys out there today. Proper management prevents piss poor performance and in all fairness some well managed ones as also. Take a good second look at who your working for if they seem like they employ the management style of the Tuttles Father & Son team on American Chopper drama tv series well that is a big clue-you might give some thought to just fireing your boss claim the and respect you deserve dont just give it away to some half-assed undeserving wanta be boss, damn it Jim were doing professional diving here. I love being a diver.

Ok just wondering if anyone is factoring in any health benefits anf how about a vacation oh yea does anyone know how to spell retirement benfits ? Not that any Deep sea diver would ever have any use for any of these items.
