Estou procurando para fazer um estudio e comparar regulacoes en todo o mundo.

Warner was posting about elections in the Brasilian Divers Union. Caught my eye.
I am just asking about regulations and standards in Brasil. Trying to compile information form around the world on Diving regulations.

LMAO! Apparently we are all polyglots! I speak 3 languages fluently too, 5 on a good day if I have been hearing them for a while, then I can get along.
But speaking,and writing can be two different stories!
