Hello,

This video showing a DP failure has already been shown several times in the various commercial diving groups, but up to now nobody was able to tell where, when and with which company it happened.  As usual, some of the comments made on YouTube are a bit funny, but one guy (Andrew Rankin) mentioned that the diver and the bellman died due to a decompression accident. If this had been the case I’m sure that the dive community would have heard about it, but we never know.

So my question is: Can someone here give more info about that incident.
