We have made inquire of, Washington State Commission of Public Lands, OSHA and the Coast Guard on this death. They are as follows.

“I am inquiring about investigation into the death of your Department of Natural Resources Diver David D. Scheinost. We understand this death is under investigation but we believe you can give us the answer to these three questions.

1) What Government Office is doing the investigation? Please give us a contact e-mail address with that Office

2) To what Standard do Department of Natural Resources Divers work? Such as OSHA CFR’s, Coast Guard CFR’s, ADCI Consensus Standard etc.

3) When can we expect a finding and a report to be issued”
