THIS IS A SUGESTION WHAT IT SHOULD BE!
"For ALL Commercial surface-supplied mixed gas diving with one diver in the water requires a minimum of six dive-team members: a DPIC (see 29 CFR 1910.410(c)), a dedicated "mixed gas rack operator"{the life support technician] who shall continuously monitor and control breathing mixture's to the diver's, a diver{the working diver] "who shall be continuously tended [by a tender other than the DPIC] while in the water" (see 29 CFR 1910.425(c)(1)), a standby diver "who shall be continuously tended [by a tender other than the DPIC or the tender for the working diver] while in the water" However, based on the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.421(d) Planning and a****sment, the hazard analysis and a****sment of the dive will dictate the use of additional personal when underwater conditions and hazards or potential hazards involve: proximity to an underwater suction, no free access to the surface, the possibility of diver entanglement or entrapment, or unknown bottom conditions."

Email Mannion or mdr Clark atthe Coast Graud if you feel it is important. The more people who e-mail simialr or like comments INDIVIDUALLY" th better chance we have in getting it written and passed. This is where each diverhas to stand alone i action, but know they are part of a group who is speaking (Very Loudly) but are protected because names cannot be given out to the public. THey are for the eyes o Clark and Mannion alone yur email , phone number, or name will be used by them only for notifying each of you of the dates that information will be available for your private comment on the federal registry.
I cannot suggest, comment or speak for any of us, ( and its time to stop the ADC from doing it), I will make my own comments suggestions and recommendations. I opened a door for all of you to access, you have to walk thru it alone to reap the reward. Trust me the reward is worth it.
