Comment Period for 6th Edition of the ADCI Consensus Standards for Commercial Diving and Underwater Operations
The comment period for the 6th Edition of the ADCI Consensus Standards for Commercial Diving and Underwater Operations will officially commence tomorrow, 25 September 2010.

To access the web site that will be hosting the:
• The Introduction to the 6th Edition
• The 6th Edition Revisions (GAP Analysis)
• DRAFT of the 6th Edition of the Consensus Standards
• Survey tool for submitting comments

you can go to the ADCI web site, that will have an announcement and link to the Underwater magazine web site. You can also access the Underwater magazine web site by going directly to www.underwatermagazine.com.

The survey tool will allow individuals to submit comments on any and all of the different sections of the DRAFT, (up to 300 words for each section).

The official comment period will run from 25 September to 25 December 2010.

The Comment Period is open to all.
Post Comment Period Protocol
After the 25 December 2010 deadline for submitting comments on the DRAFT of the 6th Edition, the Consensus Standards Review Committee will convene and make any recommendations for further DRAFT revisions to the ADCI Board of Directors.

Once the Board of Directors has approved the final version of the ADCI Consensus Standards for Commercial Diving and Underwater Operations, an official announcement will be made. Also after final approval, details will be provided on how to purchase copies of the 6th Edition."
