We are actually in the process of setting this up right now.  Sorry it has taken so long, but here's why: 

• Our first attempt at the job board sucked.  It was a great idea, but difficult to use and difficult to customize. 
• Our second attempt used a piece of software that was supposed to be customized to everything we needed.  After endless emails about it being too difficult to use, we closed it.  It caused more trouble than good. 
• We have spent a ton of time trying to identify the right system that balances what this industry needs, with utter simplicity.  We finally found the right combo about a week ago and are in the process of setting everything up.  

Either check back in about a week, or I will update this thread when it's ready to check out.

Thats what we needed, so in the mean time, just post who's hiring here so these guys know who to call..
