3.1.....................and 3.2????
iv been saving like a mo fo for a while and ill have a bit of cash to invest on courses now i want to do 3.1 but iv heard that it aint worth s*** anymore cus jack and all his mates have it now i have no offshore experiance so i need to find other ways to be compeditive in a f***ing tough market and ill have the cash to do 3,2 aswell so what do you guys recon do 3.1 and get experiance before upgrading or smash them both out and get it out of the way

I do not really know what to say. But hope for better and do the courses. They will pay back.
First get some offshore experience.
