DESCRIPTION:Deepwater Southeast Asia Congress (DSAC) 2009 is a second 
 annual event with a focus on the offshore market in the region of SE A
 sia.\n\nThe event gathers major NOCs and IOCs active in the region to 
 discuss the key issues facing the deepwater market place. The event ac
 hieved a great success in 2008, gathering 180+ delegates from 15+ coun
 tries around the world.\n\nDespite the economic downturn in 2009, DSAC
  anticipates a major breakthrough in its scale. We expect a minimum 25
 % year-on-year growth for the total number of participants and we ende
 avor to cover a wider scope of offshore market place in Asia. Offshore
